We are an independent, privately-owned Australian business and have no directorial or ownership relationship to any of our suppliers or brands.

Credit Card information

When you pay by PayPal, our website sends you off to the PayPal servers to complete the purchase, and we are never provided with credit card information.When you pay by credit card directly on our website, we use Shopify as our payment gaeway, and hence we are never provided with your credit card details.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any credit card payments over the phone. To complete your online sale all payments need to be made through the online payment gateway options.

Securing and storing your personal information

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you provide us and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised use or alteration.

In our business, personal information may be stored both electronically (on our computer system) and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, anti-virus software and email filters, as well as passwords, protect all our electronic information. Likewise, we take all necessary measures to ensure the security of hard-copy information.

Third parties

We use third parties to conduct certain parts of our service to you (as nearly all businesses across Australia do). The only basis upon which we supply your details to them is so that they can undertake their component of this service (for instance, Tyro so they can process your payment, or Australia Post so they can deliver the package to you).

A major component for our selection of these third parties is how they handle privacy, and we are confident that we use professional and respectful suppliers. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of those third parties, and you are encouraged to investigate their privacy policy and other terms and conditions, and your use of our website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions of these third parties also. Disposal of your personal information

Once your transaction is finalised, both the electronic and hard-copy information is securely archived. After a period of 7 years both the electronic and hard-copy information is destroyed.
