HOW DO THEY WORK
SuperBand works by helping you lift your own body weight. The thicker the SuperBand, the more leverage you will get and the easier it will be to achieve pull-ups/chin-ups/dips.
Add reps to your body weight workouts with the PTP SuperBand Light. With a weight range of 11kg-22kg, it is ideal for those that can already perform dips, chin-ups, and pull-ups, but wish to increase the reps.
