Online Returns Policy
Here at Sportspower WG we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service and there may be times you need to return a product you have purchased from us. Sportspower WG Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return and make it as easy as possible. Our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You can choose to return or exchange an item within 14 days instore or by returning them to us at Sportspower Ballarat, 8B 333 Gillies Street, Wendouree, Vic 3355.
We do ask that:
- Items are unworn, with the original tags in place and hygiene seals in tact.
- Items are in their original packaging, which is also in its original condition.
- You have retained your receipt for proof of purchase.
If you are unable to return the item in store, please return your item to Sportspower Ballarat, 8B 333 Gillies Street, Wendouree, Vic 3355 by registered post and advise us of the tracking number. The return postage is your responsibility and we request your return the goods via registered mail as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returns due to change of mind
Items may be returned to Sportspower Ballarat within 14 days of purchase due to change of mind. However, we do request that the item is in new condition. The item must still contain the original tags (including price if applicable), in the original hanging location, be in the original packaging (if any). All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVD’s, and any other material in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Incorrect or Defective merchandise
Returns will be accepted if you have received an item which is different to what is described on our website or is the wrong size, colour, or style to what you ordered. A full refund will be provided.
How to Return Incorrect or Defective merchandise:
- Contact the sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone xxx and advise of tracking number for return.
Refund Policy: Refund or exchange is offered for merchandise that is unworn, damaged, incorrectly shipped, faulty or deemed not suitable for the manufacturers intended purpose.
Refunds are made to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used to make the purchase and processed within 1 to 5 business days after receiving and processing the item(s) for return.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please email email@example.com. Once an order is shipped, it must be received and returned – refer to the Returns section above for more details.
Postage costs will not be reimbursed, unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage costs will be paid by Thurley. Please contact customer service to organise this.
Returns take a minimum of 5 business days to process from receipt of the parcel in head office. Please do not enquire about your return prior to this time-frame.
If you cannot comply with these requirements, we reserve the right to decline a request for refund on change of mind items.
